Roger is a Chartered Structural Engineer who founded the company and has a wealth of experience both as an engineer on large projects in the UK and overseas and in the development of residential properties. As Chairman he takes an active role and oversees the activities of the company.
Jill Thompson

Jill is responsible for negotiating the purchase of land for speculative developments. She has built up a wide range of contacts and has a detailed understanding of the geographical area and viability of schemes that are offered to the company. She also oversees the Design and Sales operations of the company and is a key member of the company’s resources.

Construction and Technical Senior Manager
As an award winning architectural designer, Ian is able to use his considerable experience gained with leading residential developers and high end private clients to manage all the company’s construction projects.
