In April of 2010 we adopted the Consumer Code for Home Builders, a voluntary code, most of which was in line with our existing working practices.
The purpose of the Code is to ensure that homebuyers:
• Are treated fairly
• Are aware of the levels of service they should expect
• Are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions
• Know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute- resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied

The site provides information on the background and history of the Code; FAQs and a downloadable version of the Code.
