In April of 2010 we adopted the Consumer Code for Home Builders, a voluntary code, most of which was in line with our existing working practices.

The purpose of the Code is to ensure that homebuyers:

• Are treated fairly
• Are aware of the levels of service they should expect
• Are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions
• Know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute- resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied

Click here to find out about the new Consumer Code for Homebuilders and what it means for you by visiting the Consumer Code for Homebuilders website. See code

The site provides information on the background and history of the Code; FAQs and a downloadable version of the Code.
